Cancellation Policy
This Flyer Design Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JBX Media Group ("Designer") and [Client’s Name] ("Client") for the design and delivery of a custom flyer. 1. Scope of Work JBX Media Group agrees to provide the following flyer design services: Design Consultation: Discussion of the Client’s needs, branding, and design preferences. Creative Development: Creation of one custom flyer design based on the Client’s specifications. Concept Review & Revisions: The Client will receive an initial draft and may request [1] rounds of revisions before final approval. Finalization & Delivery: Once the design is approved, final files will be prepared and delivered. 2. Deliverables & File Formats Upon final approval, JBX Media Group will provide the following digital files via email or a downloadable link: ✔ Flyer Files: High-resolution JPEG and PNG files for digital use. ✔ Print-Ready PDF: Optimized for professional printing (CMYK, 300 DPI). ✔ Size Options: Standard sizes (social media format) or as specified by the Client. Final files will be delivered within [1] business days after approval. 3. Confidentiality Agreement JBX Media Group agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or business information shared by the Client and will not disclose such information to third parties unless required by law. 4. Payment Terms The total cost for the Flyer Design Package is $[45] (USD). A 100% is required before work begins. The final flyer files will only be delivered once full payment is received. 5. Revisions & Additional Work Included Revisions: The Client is entitled to [X] rounds of revisions as part of the package. Post-approval Revisions: Any modifications requested after final approval will be billed at $[25] per hour. Scope Expansion: Additional design requests (such as different sizes, multiple variations, or additional flyers) will be quoted separately. 6. Ownership & Rights Once full payment is received, the Client will obtain full rights to the final approved flyer design. JBX Media Group retains the right to showcase the design in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon. 7. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable once the design process has begun. If the Client cancels the project before completion, the amount paid will be applied toward work already completed. 8.
