Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful scheduling. 2. Punctuality Clients are expected to be on time for their scheduled consultation. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of JBX Media Group. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule or cancel their consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of the free consultation opportunity. 4. One Consultation Per Client Each client is eligible for one free 30-minute consultation. Additional sessions may require a paid booking. 5. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice may be ineligible for future free sessions. 6. Scope of Consultation The free consultation is limited to discussing design needs, project scope, and potential services. It does not include actual design work. By booking a consultation, clients agree to abide by these policies. JBX Media Group reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
